Christian Bader has spent years as a forward-deployed engineer across banking, real estate, SaaS, and e-commerce — embedding directly with teams to identify operational leverage points and build the systems that capture them. He now leads the integration of AI and automation across all Echelon engagements. He graduated #1 in his department from Stanford with both a BS and MS in Management Science & Engineering, Phi Beta Kappa and Tau Beta Pi.

Solving a deal drought and a treasury problem from a single data model

Trinity was in a deal drought. We built a scraper that surfaces hot leads the moment properties in their target zip codes and deal ranges change hands. Mapping their full deal history into a unified ontology to personalize outreach revealed a second problem: $90M+ in committed loans with fluctuating deployment, where dead cash and over-commitment both cost money. We solved both from a single data model: an automated deal pipeline and a treasury management system.

We mapped every GL line across raw actuals and budgets to canonical categories, then built a full reporting system on top: AI-powered analysis, automated formatting, FDIC competitor benchmarking, and an auth-gated portal where board members and shareholders each see exactly the information they're privy to.

A fully manual public health consultancy running on spreadsheets in Google Drive and hand-gathered statistics. We built data pipelines unifying their core public health metrics with the SurveyMonkey API, then layered in AI-generated drafts of community health assessments. In-house experts review each draft and add qualitative community data. The result: dramatically increased capacity to produce reports without scaling headcount.
